Educational Qualification Required
The educational qualification required for each post varies as follows:
- Centre Administrator: Master’s degree in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Social Sciences with 5 years of experience in women-related fields. Preference is given to candidates with counseling experience.
- Case Worker: Bachelor’s degree in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Social Sciences with at least 3 years of experience in women-related projects.
- Counsellor: A professional degree/diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences with a background in the health sector and at least 3 years of experience.
- Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge: Graduation with a diploma in computer applications and 3 years of experience in data management and IT-related work.
- Multi-purpose Staff/Cook (MPW): Literate candidates with knowledge/experience in the relevant field. High School pass candidates are preferred.
- Security Guard/Night Guard: 2 years of experience in security services at district/state level, preferably retired military or paramilitary personnel.
