Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria given below to apply for this recruitment.

Educational Qualification Required

The educational qualification required for each post varies as follows:

  • Centre Administrator: Master’s degree in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Social Sciences with 5 years of experience in women-related fields. Preference is given to candidates with counseling experience.
  • Case Worker: Bachelor’s degree in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Social Sciences with at least 3 years of experience in women-related projects.
  • Counsellor: A professional degree/diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences with a background in the health sector and at least 3 years of experience.
  • Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge: Graduation with a diploma in computer applications and 3 years of experience in data management and IT-related work.
  • Multi-purpose Staff/Cook (MPW): Literate candidates with knowledge/experience in the relevant field. High School pass candidates are preferred.
  • Security Guard/Night Guard: 2 years of experience in security services at district/state level, preferably retired military or paramilitary personnel.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 38 years (as of 01/01/2024)
  • Relaxations:
    • SC/ST (P)/ST (H): 5 years
    • OBC/MOBC: 3 years
    • No Age Limit for candidates working in OSC for a minimum of 3 years.
